I hope that you can stand another scavenger hunt, because I’m in one again for December. This what I posted for “green.”<\/p>\n

\nIt is very “ungreen” though, in an ecological sense, because it was taken on December 1, 2011 about 6 blocks south of the 44th parallel of latitude North. These are Hollyhocks blooming in December – the English Garden lives for the moment anyway up here in Toronto in almost Winter – it snowed yesterday!!<\/p>\n

I don’t have the knitting equivalent; but Hollyhocks would make a lovely motif for a shawl – I’ll put that one on the back burner!!!<\/p>\n
