For those just tuning in the site <a href=\"http:\/\/highexistence.com\/\">highexistence.com<\/a> has suggested that it requires 30 days of repeatedly doing something to make it a habit and they have suggested a list of 30 things one or two of which you may want to work on over the next 30 days. It always reminds me a bit of all the fat people in Wall-E. Too lazy to do anything. So take the stairs every chance you get for 30 days. Wake up early to make time to meditate, practice self compassion and yoga. I don&#8217;t usually seek them out. Maybe I do them unconsciously, I have 3 kids and a husband. I fight to find time for myself \ud83d\ude42<\/i><br \/>\n<i><br \/><\/i><br \/>\nSo out of 30, I have chosen 1 &#8211; walk for 30 minutes a day for 30 days. I walked for an hour yesterday, but that was one of my regular walks on the weekend anyway. The challenge will be to do it Monday to Friday.
