OK this is not Wikileaks – but it is a little bit of insider information….I am thrilled to announce that we have an amazing Canadian finalist in the Vogue Knitting LIVE  in NYC  January 21-23. Out of the incredible array of garments submitted (100) to the competition, Lynette Meek of Le Tissier Designs was chosen as one of the 12 finalists!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Many of you already know Lynette because you have ordered her patterns from us or participated in her Victorian trunk show 2010. For those of you who don’t know Lynette, here is your chance to stock patterns from “a soon to be world famous designer” ( I have seen her submission and I would lay bets that it will be best of the show – it is stunning – that’s all I can say I’m sworn to secrecy.)<\/p>\n

So make sure you have a good selection of patterns to brag to customers about how you knew all along that Lynette’s designs were winners and would you like to knit a scarf or two to flaunt!!! Here is the link<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

You also may want to try to create a little excitement around the Vogue show for customers who aren’t going and if you have someone who is going, try to get them to post to your Facebook regularly to generate even more excitement  <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
